Have a plan.  Be mindful of what you feed your body and your mind.  Identify what works for you and plan ahead for potential roadblocks to staying healthy and happy.

Keep your immune system strong.  Remember the best medicine to fight against germs and disease is the kind you make inside your body.  Activate your Natural Killer (NK) cells with proper nutrition, exercise, and the right attitude to ward off illness.

Move more, outside, with music.  Use every opportunity to get up and go!  Take your activity outside to experience the calming effects of nature while enjoying the brain-boosting benefits of music.

Start your day the grateful way.  Have an attitude of gratitude (and quietude) each day.  SLOW DOWN.  Enjoy the season and reflect on the good things in your life.

Fill your personal "museum" with happy photos.  Curate your workshop and home with photos that trigger happy memories.  A happy disposition promotes longevity, which means visiting your "museum" will help you enjoy many more holidays to come.
